Copper Orthodontics has been fantastic since taking over the previous orthodontic practice. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The doctors are caring, take the time to build a great rapport with their young patients, and make every visit a positive experience. They also do an excellent job communicating with parents, keeping us informed about our child's progress and explaining the next steps in treatment. Today was my sons first orthodontist appointment, and he got his braces! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Getting braces can be a big day for a kid, but the team made it such a positive experience. We’re so happy we chose this office and are looking forward to continuing his treatment here. I was searching around for an orthodontist to get my oldest braces and his overbite taken care of, cooper in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. The staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My youngest might need braces as well when he gets of age and I hope that I can bring him here to get taken care of.
