Per executive Order 20-72 by Governor Ron DeSantis, our offices must remain closed until May 8th, 2020. We have tried reaching out to many of you who have appointments in the upcoming weeks, but if we missed you please know that as soon as we re-open we will reach out and get in contact.

• Please limit calls to true emergencies where pain or risk of injury are involved. You may also call our office and leave a message for any non-emergency concerns that involve scheduling, payments, etc. We will be checking this voicemail throughout the upcoming weeks and will get back to you as soon as we can.

In the spirit of helping out all of our patients and our community as much as we can during this difficult time, we are willing to offer patients that cannot afford their April monthly automated payment to delay their auto-pay.
