What To Expect
Beautiful smiles start with an initial consultation, and our initial consultation is 100% complimentary! During this visit, we’ll introduce you to our friendly team, perform a complete orthodontic exam (including x-rays and diagnostic photos) and explore your treatment options to help you make the best decision for your smile.
At your first visit, our goal is to address the following points:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Perform a complete oral exam to determine whether treatment is necessary
- Help you create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial information, including insurance options and payment plans
Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide you with all the information you need to determine which treatment is right for you.
What Happens Next?
You’re one step closer to achieving the smile you’ve always wanted! After your consultation, we’ll schedule your next appointment for your orthodontist to place your new orthodontic appliance, braces, or give you your first sets of Invisalign clear aligners.
This appointment generally takes about an hour, and our team is dedicated to making this appointment as comfortable as possible!
Scheduling Appointments
Visiting your orthodontist about every four to eight weeks is an essential part of your orthodontic treatment. Our practice will work with you to make sure that your appointments are as convenient as possible. When scheduling appointments, please let us know which days and times work best for you.

How Often Should I Visit My Dentist Throughout Treatment?
Throughout your orthodontic treatment, your dentist is as important as ever! It’s vital that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups.
If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that we’re all on the same page and you receive the best care possible.
